Homemade Ice Cream in the Summer

This heat has me thinking about homemade peach ice cream on our annual beach trips growing up. We'd spend the day adding salt + listening to the ice cream maker churn away. I've upgraded to a Cuisinart now, but it's still one of my favorite summer traditions.
